For more than two decades, British DJ and electronic producer, Darius Syrossian has been a driving force in the UK Tech House scene. His one-of-a-kind blend of tech house and house have made him a hit with audiences everywhere. He has released numerous singles and EPs on labels like Hot Creations, Glasgow Underground and his own imprint Do Not Sleep. Here is a listen to his current track “Baroque East”.

Milk & Sugar  is a German electronic music duo, consisting of producers and DJs “Mike Milk” and “Steven Sugar”. They are best known for their hit song “Let the sun shine” which was a commercial success and reached the top of the charts in several European countries. They formed the group in the late 90s and their music is a blend of house and disco-inspired beats, often featuring soulful vocals. Here is a listen to their latest track “Feels Like”

This year’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees have been revealed, for induction.  The nominees are, Kate Bush, Missy Elliott, Cyndi Lauper, Joy Division/New Order, Rage Against Machine, Sheryl Crow and White Stripes. George Michael, Soundgarden, Warren Zevon and A Tribe Called Quest alongside Willie Nelson, Iron Maiden and Spinners. Some of these inductees have been nominated multiple times in the past. This is Kate Bush fourth time being nominated, Rage Against the Machine fifth, Soundgarden second time, A Tribe Called Quest and Iron Maiden fourth time.  Cyndi Lauper, George Michael,  Joy Division/New Order, Missy Elliott, Sheryl Crow, Warren Zevon, the White Stripes, and Willie Nelson are all first time nominees.


Miss Nine: Start – 15:05    and   End – 21:16
It has been officially confirmed that Algerian-French music producer and DJ, Snake will be performing live prior to kick off for fans at Super Bowl 56.  This event is the most high profile appearance of Snake’s career, as it will be seen by millions around the world. Super Bowl 56 will be held this Sunday on February 12; Rihanna will be headline the halftime show.

Having been one of the top female artists in the electronic scene for over ten years plus, Miss Nine is widely recognized as the queen of house and an inspiration in the world of progressive house. This Dutch artist has also made a huge impact in the Deep Uplifting Trance scene. Take a listen to her latest track: “Supernova”.

“Supernova” is out now via Coldharbour Recordings and its available on all streaming platforms. In 2007, Miss Nine was presented the “Best Female DJ” award at the International Dance Music Awards in Miami. The 23 year old Ultra Music Festival is making its way to Abu Dhabi for the first time ever. Performing at Ultra will be some of the biggest names in EDM, such as Skrillex, Calvin Harris and Afrojack. The festival’s popular Resistance series, is included in the lineup to pay tribute to electronic music’s roots. Last year Kaskade and Deadmau5 surprised the EDM world by announcing they were forming a duo group called Kx5. Their self-titled album is due to be released on March 17th, but in the meantime they’re collaborating with Sofi Tukker as they prepare for their upcoming project.


Bob Sinclar: Start – 22:09   and    End – 26:25
Since the 1980s, French DJ and producer, Bob Sinclar has been a major presence in the House Music scene. As a DJ, he started off his career and as the years went by his name gained international recognition, with the releases of his single “Love Generation” and album “Western Dream”. His sound is an interesting fusion between disco, funk and house music. Here is a listen to his latest track “Adore”

“Adore” is out now via Yellow Production and it’s available on all streaming platforms. Bob’s accomplishments in EDM has been widely acknowledged, earning him accolades such as the DJ Award for Best House DJ and the NRJ Music Award for Dance Album of the Year. He is also known for his charity work, with the organization “1 Love” which aims to support underprivileged children in developing countries.
