Next up is Di Rugerio; a celebrated Mexican Techno DJ and Producer, who is known for his electrifying live performances. Having toured internationally in Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Spain, this talented artist has earned a stellar reputation as one of the most significant figures in modern electronic music. “Ofrendas” is out now via Sons of Mystiques and it’s available on all streaming platforms.  Di Rugerio is an incredibly talented and diverse DJ renowned around the world. He has had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with numerous artists from various countries. As a regular guest on LOCA FM 107.6 in Ibiza, Di Rugerio’s fame is swiftly rising and he continues to break musical boundaries.

Alison Wonderland, well-known for her work as a singer, producer, and DJs, has launched her very own label: FMU Records. The first release from the label is “I Surrender”, a track that was created through a collaboration between Argentinean producer Dabow and South African artist Jon Casey. Alison’s label is all about giving rising stars a platform to shine and releasing music without succumbing to algorithm-based marketing strategies. She wants artists to be able to create freely, without bowing to industry demands.

Hangout Fest just announced their lineup for 2023 and it’s packed with amazing performers. It was 20 years ago in 2002 that Talla 2XLC unleashed his pioneering trance-tune  “Can You Feel The Silence” on Club Culture and Warner Germany, marking a new era of musical expression. Harry Styles’ “As It Was” was a huge success; it spent 15 nonconsecutive weeks atop the Hot 100.  The producer of that hit single Kid Harpoon revealed in a recent interview what made the track so successful. Harpoon said that the key to the song’s success was “it’s the right artist, the right time, the right song, the right lyric, and the right production; “that’s why it’s an anomaly.”

In our final story,

Martin Garrix is teaming up with JBL to launch a music academy aimed at helping new artists get their start in the industry. The Martin Garrix & JBL Music Academy will invite 40 musicians, songwriters, vocalists and producers to join. There will be a masterclasses hosted by Garrix himself at his STMPD Studios complex in Amsterdam. Artists can apply by submitting a “motivational video” and a maximum of three tracks.

Sapporo, Japan is the home of DJ and Producer Satoshi Honjo; who began his music career in 1998 with Hardcore Techno. In 2003, he relocated to Tokyo and shifted his focus to mixing and producing sounds for the genre. As an organizer for “Adrenaline Tokyo,” Satoshi has introduced Japanese audiences to Hardtechno and Schranz by inviting European DJs like Kvitta, Kaoz, and Ewe since 2009. Take a listen now to Satoshi’s latest single “Nightfall”.

Nightfall” is out now via Adrenaline Recordings and it’s available on all streaming platforms. Satoshi is an accomplished Hard techno producer, having been featured by multiple record labels from Germany & UK.  In October 2012 he launched his own label – Adrenaline Tokyo – where he released his tracks as well as those of up-and-coming Japanese artists.
