M.I.A. has just released a brand new track called “Popular” off her upcoming album MATA. The song is produced by Boaz van de Beats and Diplo, and it’s sure to get you pumped for the album release. This will be M.I.A.’s first album since 2016’s AIM, which she announced back in May. Along with the announcement of her new album, M.I.A. also revealed that she is a born-again Christian.

In other news, Italian DJ, Producer and Remixer Benny Benassi “Satisfaction” which was released 20 years ago, has been given a fresh update, with a new sound that draws from David Guetta’s “Future Rave.” The recognizable synth hook from the original 2002 release is still present, but the overall feel of the track is more upbeat and energetic. According to Guetta, “I first remixed this track as a sound design exercise for myself but enjoyed the sound so much that I started play it and sets and got positive reactions from the crowd.” Benassi is thrilled to be working with Guetta on this track, saying that he has brought it firmly into the present day and that it will go down a storm in DJ sets.
