FBI Abuse of Force Database is at risk of being terminated

The FBI created a National Use of Force Database. Unfortunately, the database risks being discontinued. Policing Program Manager at The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, Bree Spencer, joins Team MVP correspondent Brian Althimer to explain why.
